Skytopia Tech Pte. Ltd. ("SKY App", "we", "us") operates this website and the SKY e-PTW platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you contact us or sign up for a trial, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. This includes information you submit through our enquiry form (hosted by Tally), send to us by email, or share with us over WhatsApp or phone. Our hosting provider may also log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used in aggregate to keep the site running and secure.
We use personal data to respond to your enquiries, set up and administer trials of SKY e-PTW, provide and improve our services, and — only where you have agreed — send you information about our products. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Our website relies on a small number of service providers: Tally (enquiry and trial sign-up forms), WhatsApp (chat), and our web hosting provider. When you use these channels, your data is also handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. We choose providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.
We disclose personal data only to service providers acting on our behalf, where required by law or a regulator, or with your consent. Data relating to the SKY e-PTW platform itself (such as permit records processed for our clients) is governed by our agreements with those clients.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
